This document sets out the terms governing all users' use of the 912 platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using the 912 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 912 platform.

This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the minimum required age and are legally eligible to participate in the activities offered by 912 under the jurisdiction applicable to you.

912 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain up to date with the latest terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Identity Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 912 platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 912 may request identity verification at any time — including valid identification documents — before approving any financial transactions. Accounts found to use false information or impersonate another person will be terminated immediately.

Password & Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, please contact the 912 support team immediately at [email protected]. 912 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

User Conduct & Responsibilities

Users are prohibited from doing the following while using the 912 platform:

  • Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
  • Disrupting or damaging the platform's technical systems
  • Attempting to manipulate or exploit any bugs in the system
  • Distributing malware or malicious links through the platform
  • Collecting other users' information without consent

Payment Information & MYR Transactions

All transactions on the 912 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. 912 does not accept third-party payments on behalf of users.

Processed deposits cannot be reversed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error on 912's part. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to completed identity verification. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are governed by the current policy, which can be reviewed in your account portal.

912 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security review if suspicious activity is detected on an account. In such cases, our support team will contact the user to complete additional verification. Any bonuses or promotional credits received are subject to the specific rollover requirements stated at the time the offer was issued.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

Platform Liability Limits

912 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or betting outcomes. This platform is provided "as is" and 912 makes no warranties regarding the continuity or error-free operation of the system. Users access this platform at their own risk.

Account Suspension & Closure

912 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or any activity deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a policy violation, any balance associated with bonuses or promotional credits will be forfeited. Genuine deposit balances will be processed for return subject to the completion of a case investigation.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law

Intellectual Property

All content on the 912 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 912. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 912.

Third-Party Links

The 912 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. 912 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party sites. Accessing such links is at the user's own risk and does not imply that 912 endorses or validates the content therein.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the 912 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels. By using this platform, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction lies in Malaysia.
